Service Limitations:

• Excluded Regions: Please note that we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other U.S. territories outside of the Continental United States.

• PO Box & APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.

    Standard Order Processing Time: 3-5 Business Days (Monday - Friday)

    Custom Order Processing Time: 7-14 Business Days (Due to the bespoke manufacturing process)

    Shipping Time (USA): 7-10 Business Days (Monday - Friday)

    Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time

    Taxes & Duties: All product prices are exclusive of import duties and taxes. For international shipments, any applicable customs fees or import duties are the strict responsibility of the customer.
