2. Currency and Pricing All prices listed on www.crossover-lighting.shop are in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, the exchange rate will be determined by your card-issuing bank at the time of the transaction. We do not charge any conversion fees.

3. Payment Timing Since our LED Neon Signs include custom and handcrafted items, full payment is required at the time of checkout. Once your payment is successfully authorized and captured, your order will be sent to our workshop for processing and production.

● No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any hidden fees, handling fees, or order processing fees. What you see at the final checkout page is exactly what you pay.

● Taxes: As stated in our Shipping Policy, all product prices are exclusive of import duties and taxes. For shipments to the US, state sales tax may apply depending on your local regulations and will be calculated automatically at checkout if applicable.

6. Payment Troubleshooting If your payment is declined or fails during checkout:

● Ensure that your card details (number, expiration date, CVV) and billing address match exactly what your bank has on file.
